All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (£12.95)

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Please check at checkout if we deliver to your location.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Morganmai purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your cardigan, dress, shirt, t-shirt, or blouse, we offer a simple returns process.
Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase required
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate apparel items (not currently listed in our menu).
How to Return an Item

- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
